The Moses Brown Girls Lacrosse team kicked off the 2019 season with a strong start in their home opener on Monday versus Cumberland. All players on the Quakers’ 25-girl roster saw action and each player provided contributions in every area of the field. Game Ball winner, Natasha G, provided her team with a whopping 13 draw controls! Maura O led the team in scoring with 7 points on 6 goals and 1 assist. A game of possession, the Quakers won a total of 23 draws and 18 ground balls for a total of 60% time of possession. The defending State Champions aim to continue their efficient and generous play style at North Kingstown this Thursday.
